08-11-2006 ChangingWorlds nominated for three Irish Software Association Industry Awards
Dublin, Wednesday 8th November, 2006. ChangingWorlds, the leading supplier of mobile portal platform and personalization solutions to the telecommunications industry, has been short listed in three of five categories for the Irish Software Association (ISA) Annual Software Industry Awards 2006. ChangingWorlds successfully secured nominations for Sales Achievement of the Year, Partnership of the Year and, for the main award category, Company of the Year.

Our ambitious plans to expand into new markets, our investment in RandD and overall growth strategy have proven very successful,” said Mr Vincent Ryan, vice-president of sales and marketing at ChangingWorlds. “We are delighted to have these successes recognised by the ISA, particularly in light of the high calibre of the other companies shortlisted this year.”
ChangingWorlds, was founded in 1999 to commercialise research carried out at University College Dublin. 2006 has seen ChangingWorlds go through a period of significant expansion. The company now employs 96 people between offices in Dublin, Kuala Lumpur and San Francisco. With headquarters in Leopardstown, ChangingWorlds has also invested considerably since the beginning of this year, in its advanced research centre at UCD, which now employs 17 highly skilled researchers engaged in the development of ChangingWorlds next generation of product.

Winners will be announced at the ISA Annual Software Industry Awards Ceremony and Dinner, which takes place this Friday 10th November in the Burlington Hotel. The guest of honour will be Tanaiste and Minister for Justice Michael McDowell, TD.
