ChangingWorlds Training Services are dedicated to helping our customers and partners learn the skills they need to rapidly design, deploy, maintain and optimize ChangingWorlds ClixSmart Intelligent Portal Platform. Our courses are delivered by technical product trainers. The courseware combines presentation, demonstration, discussion, and hands-on exercises – all designed to promote a high level of knowledge transfer.

 

ChangingWorlds Training Services are designed exclusively to offer ongoing individual and corporate training programs designed to help our customers to get the most out of our ClixSmart Intelligent Portal Platform – return on investment, revenue, cost savings, productivity and enhanced customer loyalty. In particular, our training can speed your time to market and accelerate the take-up of new applications and services.

 

User training workshops are customised to allow the training session to meet specific customer requirements. The maximum number of participants in any one group is ten.

User training is typically given by ChangingWorlds at the beginning of the ClixSmart Intelligent Portal Platform implementation project. The User training course lasts two full days. Each product training session includes a presentation, workshop/demo followed by a question and answer session.

 

The Administrator training course lasts one full day. It is also recommended that administrators attend the User training course. Each product training session includes a presentation followed by a hands-on test deployment of the product.

The training can be delivered either in our training facilities in Dublin, Ireland or abroad. All courses are given in English and all training material is in English.

 

The ChangingWorlds Training program is designed to provide our clients with the training and knowledge required to successfully deploy and operate a successful mobile portal business, using ChangingWorlds portal management, personalized content discovery and recommendation, mobile advertising and business intelligence solutions.
